Delivery We use Royal Mail to deliver your order. The cost of postage is calculated on weight, plus a recorded fee of £0.72 per order as below:
Subject to items being in stock we endeavor to despatch orders the next working day. Items weighing up to 1Kg are sent first class, items over this weight are sent as standard parcels and will be delivered within 3 to 5 days of posting.
Returns Goods can be returned to us for a full refund on the cost of goods within 14 days from the date of despatch providing they are unworn and unused. Please note that we do not provide a free returns service, as we consider that there is really no such thing as free postage - it merely gets included in the original selling price. We would rather sell you the goods at a lower price and ask you to pay your own costs should you wish to make a return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Sleepystars cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Please note that if an item is faulty or the wrong item is despatched to you, we will of course refund the cost of posting the item(s) back to us. Refunds We will endeavour to refund you as promptly as possible, however please allow at least 15 working days after return of goods for us to process your refund. In the absence of faulty or incorrectly sent goods, we cannot refund the cost of postage on your order because we have incurred this cost by shipping your order to you. |
